This privacy statement explains how Karma ("we", "us") handles the information you share with us when you register your interest on this site.
When you submit the form on our homepage, we collect your email address. We do not collect any other personal information through this site, and we do not use cookies or tracking technologies.
We use your email address only to send you updates about Karma, including product news and launch information. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
We process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see below).
Submitted email addresses are stored in a secure Google Sheet via Google Apps Script, with access restricted to the Karma team. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement and handles your data in line with its data protection commitments.
We will keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or for 12 months after our product launches, whichever comes sooner. After that point we will delete it unless you have opted in to ongoing communications.
